I’m Back!!

Hey, everyone!

I’m back! I have come back because I believe that Club Penguin players need a guide at SOME point, and some sites I’m seeing at the moment aren’t giving accurate, reliable information. That’s why I have come back. Here is my story:

It all started in early October. School was in the air. Classes were harder. I was bad at sports, like every year. Sports was my main problem. I have lots of sporty friends, but some people hate me because of my sporting ability. I was pushed around, called names, made fun of everyday, punched, kicked, and sneezed on. Most kids were nice, though. It was just a group of 3 or 4 kids. I decided practice was key. Just like writing. I practiced kicking a kickball around my front yard, backyard, pool area, and the park for weeks. In mid-November, I tried playing again with my friends at kickball. Again, I was chosen last. Then, it was my turn to bat. Bases were loaded. The pitcher dramatically pitched the green playground ball. I ran up to it aggressively, pulled my leg back, and let loose. I kicked it to the cones! Everyone was amazed at my kicking skills. Everyone high-fived me and hugged me. My team all shouted, “GRANDSLAM!”. It felt great. We turned to the other team to see that their jaws dropped open in awe. I did great the next few games. After awhile, I began getting picked first! After feeling great about sports, I turned away from Club Penguin. I thought I was too “cool” for it. So, instead of computer, I played with friends and practiced more. I loved my skills more than anything.

But, I learned something. Being good at sports doesn’t make you cool. You can’t be too cool for something, do the activity if you like it, not if everyone else hates it. That’s why I’m back, because I realized that I’m awesome in my own ways, and I’ve got pretty amazing friends.

New Unlock Items Button Design

Today, I logged in, and I saw that the unlock items button has a new design. Check it out:

Club Penguin is updating their designs a lot. Strange, huh? Maybe the penguins will change!

New Club Penguin Navabar Button!

Club Penguin has added a new button to their navabar (the top part of the website with buttons). This new button directs you to the new mobile page!

Wow! I think they will be making lot’s more applications in the future, don’t you think?

The Fair and Puffle Hats Update

Billybob says it’s been quite busy at the Club Penguin headquarters. Some very exciting this will be coming this month! Here is a heads up on what will be coming very soon:

Puffle Hats coming early: The team is working hard over the weekend to release hats for puffles as early as this Tuesday! Not only that, but this month’s clothing catalog is coming early, too!!

The Fair ending on Monday: To make way for some of the big stuff that’s coming, this year’s Fair will be ending tomorrow. So you’ll have a bit more time to earn these Stamps:

• Rockhopper: Be in the same room as Rockhopper
• Happy Room: Make 10 penguins smile in a room
• Snack Shack: Serve snacks from a booth, using any food emote
• Target Champion: Hit 50 targets in a task at a party

Igloo party video: Happy77 and the team are going to look for some great igloo parties on Monday to feature in a new video! Make sure your igloo is open so the team can check out your party!

Wow, this is awesome! Igloo party? That’s a first. What do you think this year’s Halloween party will be like?

Rockhopper Tracker Fall 2011

Here is a 100% Rockhopper tracker. You need to use this if you can’t find him!

Tips:

Rockhopper is a red penguin with a pirate hat and a black beard. No one looks like him.

Rockhopper is taller than everyone else.

Rockhopper’s playercard is not a normal one, with a box that says Free Gift, and home (Migrator). You can get the free gift.

Rockhopper likes 1 -2 bar servers at night (PST time) and 3-5 bar servers in the day (also PST time).

If you see him, make sure to click him for a background! Click the box on his playercard and you’ll recieve a background!
